    Our services are entirely free and will remain that way.

  3. Why should I use ZAZUMO?

    ZAZUMO makes it much easier for you to find the online deals you're actually interested in. Instead of having to browse the internet yourself, you specify your preferences once and ZAZUMO does the rest.

    Every day our team is looking for the most interesting deals from which you could profit; be it for your much desired holiday destination or a sale on games, electronics or clothing.

    Your account will always be home to the latest and greatest deals, picked just for you.



Offers

  1. Will I be able to find offers in my country?

    Currently ZAZUMO is active in the majority of the European countries. However, we don't support the smaller countries, or countries with low amounts of internet users, at this very moment.

    Kosovo, Montenegro, Moldova, Estonia, Latvia and Iceland are some of the unsupported countries. Support may be added in the future.

  2. What are the type of offers I can choose from?

    ZAZUMO specializes in deals regarding Holidays, Online Shopping, Finance, Energy, Gaming, Pets, Electronics, Business, Software, Jewelry, Telecom and Dating.

  3. How am I able to adjust the deals I receive?

    Once you have chosen one of the main categories to receive deals from, you will find further options in your account to fine-tune your preferences, such as defining a price range or comfort-level for the vacation you are looking for.

    Do you want to make changes to your preferences? You can do so by logging into your account and navigating to 'Edit your information' to make any desired adjustments.

  4. Can I contact someone to help me with my preferences?

    ZAZUMO assigns you an account manager. If you ever need any help, you can contact your personal account manager directly from your profile.

  5. Where does ZAZUMO find its offers?

    ZAZUMO has a dedicated team which keeps track of the online deals currently provided by both small and large companies. The listed deals and companies get checked on a daily basis to ensure our users only receive fresh deals. Our team is always up-to-date on the latest trends and most valued deals per industry.



Account

  1. How do I get started?

    Setting up an account on ZAZUMO is easy!

    You only have to sign up for your free account and select the category from which you would like to receive offers. Once your account is activated, you get to further specify the type of deals you would like to see by defining the price range and other major factors. Simply go to your profile and select 'Edit your information'.

    After setting up and configuring your account, you will start getting offers on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, depending on your own preferences.

  2. What is my account / personal information used for?

    All of the information you provide us with is intended to create a user profile to enable us to send you the right kind of deals.

    Your information is not sold or used for any other purposes without your permission.

  3. How can I delete my account?

    Your account can be permanently deleted by logging in and selecting 'Edit your information'. Here you will find the option to delete your account.
